Refund Policy

In one sentence: if you are not satisfied, tell us within 14 days of paying and we refund the full amount, back to the PayPal account you paid with. No forms, no arguments.

1. What you are buying

The Traditional Chinese Wellness Analysis (“the Report”) is a digital product. It is composed for you by hand and delivered as a PDF attachment by email, normally within 24 hours of payment.

Digital product — no physical shipping. Nothing is manufactured, packaged, posted or couriered. We do not ask for, collect or store a postal or shipping address, and no delivery, customs or freight charge of any kind applies to your order.

2. The 14-day refund window

You may request a refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of the date of payment.
You do not have to justify the request, and you do not have to return anything — there is nothing physical to return.
The request is valid if you send it before the 14th day ends. We do not need to have received the money back by then.

3. How to request a refund

Email qiaoyingfeng1319@gmail.com with the word “refund” and any one of the following, so we can find your order:

your order reference (it looks like WBX-000123), or
the email address the Report was sent to, or
your PayPal transaction ID.

If you have none of these, write anyway — a name and a rough date is usually enough.

4. How and when we pay

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different account, and we never ask for card numbers or bank details.

5. If the Report never arrives

We aim to deliver within 24 hours and in any event within 5 calendar days of payment.
If nothing has arrived after 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to us — we will resend it the same day.
If we cannot deliver it at all, you are entitled to a full refund whether or not the 14 days have passed.

6. If you paid but did not return to our site

Payments are made on PayPal, which does not always send you back to us afterwards. If you paid and never saw a confirmation page, simply open the confirmation page and enter the email address you want the Report sent to — or write to us and we will match the payment to your order manually.

7. Please write to us before opening a dispute

If something has gone wrong, a single email usually fixes it faster than a payment dispute. We would be grateful for the chance to put it right first. That said, nothing in this policy limits your right to raise a dispute or claim with PayPal, your card issuer, or a consumer authority.

8. Your statutory rights

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. This policy gives you at least the same protection, and in practice a simpler one: you may cancel for any reason within 14 days, and we do not require you to waive anything to buy from us.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country of residence. Where the law gives you a longer period or a stronger remedy, the law prevails.
